E1 – Water Inlet Problem

  1. Check if the water tap is open or closed or if there is the proper water pressure in the water tap.
  2. Check the water inlet motor.

E2 – Water Drainage Problem

  1. Check if there is any blockage in the drain pipe.
  2. Check the water pump.

E3 – Door Lock / Door Open 

  1. Check if the door is properly closed or not.

E30- Door Lock Problem
The door is not closed properly.
Restart after the door is closed.

 

E10- Water injecting problem while washing

The tap is not open or the water flows too slowly.
The inlet valve filter is blocked.
The inlet pipe is twisted.
If water is not supplied.

Open the tap or wait till the water supply. becomes normal.
Check the inlet valve filter.
Straighten the water pipe.
Check the other taps in the room.
Please call the service line if there are still troubles.

 

E21- Drain problem while washing

The outlet hose is blocked or twisted.
The drain pump is blocked.

Wash and straighten the outlet hose.
Wash drain pump filter.
Please call the service line if there are still troubles.

 

 

FAWMF-080 All Error Codes Troubleshooting

E30 – Door is not closed properly
Check if the clothes are stuck.
Restart after the door is closed.

E10 -Water injecting problem while washing
Check if the water pressure is too low.
Check if the inlet valve filter is blocked.

E21 – Overtime water draining
Check if the drain hose is blocked.

E12 – Water Overflow
Check the Water level sensor.
Restart the washer.
Check PCB.

E80 – Motor Not Working.
Check Motor carbon.
Check Supply.
Check PCB.

 

 

FAWMF-MB10S All Error Codes Troubleshooting

E02 – No Inlet Water

  • Check whether the faucet is turned on. Whether the water supply is cut off? Are the mesh filters in the water inlet hose and the water inlet valve blocked? and whether the water inlet hose of the appliance is frozen. Eliminate the above fault causes. Please get in touch with the service center for repair if the fault code still exists.

E03 – Abnormal Water Drainage 

  • Clean the pump filter.
  • Abnormal water drainage
  • Check whether the drain hose is bent, twisted, or blocked. Eliminate the above fault causes. Please get in touch with the service center for repair if the fault code still exists.

U4 – Door Lock Malfunction

  • The door is not closed in place, and the door lock does not work normally. Close the door again, turn the wash cycle selector knob to switch the machine off while the light under the symbol POWER is lit, and then turn the wash cycle selector knob to select any wash program and press the START/PAUSE button to restart the program. Eliminate these fault causes.
  • If the fault code still exists, please contact the service center for repair. If the fault code displays and cannot open the door, the door lock may be a failure, please contact the service center for repair. 

H – The Temperature in the Drum is high

  • Press the START/PAUSE button to suspend the appliance operation and wait for several minutes. When the temperature in the drum drops to a safe range and the fault code on the display is removed, press the START/PAUSE button to continue the rest of the program. If the fault code still exists, please contact the service center for repair.

FXXX – The Negative ion concentration in the drum is high

  • Press the START/PAUSE button to suspend the washing machine operation and wait for several minutes. When the negative ion concentration in the drum drops to a safe range and the fault code on the display is removed, press the START/PAUSED button to continue the rest of the program.

EXX – Other Fault

  • Turn the wash cycle selector knob to switch the machine off while the light under the symbol is lit, unplug the power cord, and contact the service center for repair as soon as possible.
