E1 – Spinning Does Not Work
- Is the laundry spread out evenly in the washer?
- Is the washer installed on a sturdy and flat surface?
If the washer does not spin, a buzzer will sound, and the digital tub will show “E1”.
E2 – Water Is Not Supply
- Is the water tap opened?
- Is the water supply cut off?
- Is the water supply hose frozen?
- Is the water supply hose or hose connection filter clogged?
- Is the water inlet timeout?
- Is the pressure of water supply too lower?
If water is not supply, a buzzer will sound, and the digital tub will show “E2”.
E2 – Water Does Not Drain
- Is the drain hose down? (No pump)
- Is the drain hose frozen?
- Is the drain hose clogged?
- Is the height of the end of the drain hose over 15cm?(No pump)
If water does not drain, a buzzer will sound, and the digital tub will show “E3”.
E4 – Door Sensor Problem
- Close the door properly and press the Start Button Again.
- Change the door sensor.
EL – Washing machine won’t work or does not drain
- Is the CHILD-LOCK function set and the lid open?
If the CHILD-LOCK function is set and the lid is open, the washer won’t work or does not drain, a buzzer will sound, and the digital tub will show “EL”.
“EA” or “EC” Error Code
If the digital tub shows “EA” or “EC”, Please press the POWER button, cut off power, pull off the power plug. call service agency immediately.

E02 – No Inlet Water
- Check whether the faucet is turned on. Whether the water supply is cut off? Are the mesh filters in the water inlet hose and valve blocked? and whether the water inlet hose of the appliance is frozen. Eliminate the above fault causes. Please contact the service centre for repair if the fault code still exists.
E03 – Abnormal Water Drainage
- Clean the pump filter.
- Abnormal water drainage
- Check whether the drain hose is bent, twisted, or blocked. Eliminate the above fault causes. Please contact the service centre for repair if the fault code still exists.
U4 – Door Lock Malfunction
- The door is not closed, and the lock does not work normally. Close the door again, turn the wash cycle selector knob to switch the machine off while the light under the symbol POWER is lit, and then turn the wash cycle selector knob to select any wash program and press the START/PAUSE button to restart the program. Eliminate these fault causes.
- If the fault code still exists, please contact the service centre for repair. If the fault code displays and cannot open the door, the door lock may be a failure, please contact the service centre for repair.
H – The Temperature in the Drum is high
- Press the START/PAUSE button to suspend the appliance operation and wait for several minutes. When the temperature in the drum drops to a safe range and the fault code on the display is removed, press the START/PAUSE button to continue the rest of the program. If the fault code still exists, please contact the service centre for repair.
EXX – Other Fault
- Press the power button to turn off the power supply, unplug the power cord, and contact the service centre for repair as soon as possible.

E02 – No Inlet Water

FXXX – The Negative ion concentration in the drum is high
- Press the START/PAUSE button to suspend the washing machine operation and wait for several minutes. When the negative ion concentration in the drum drops to a safe range and the fault code on the display is removed, press the START/PAUSED button to continue the rest of the program.
EXX – Other Fault
- Turn the wash cycle selector knob to switch the machine off while the light under the symbol is lit, unplug the power cord, and contact the service center for repair as soon as possible.
